Dalliance ("the app") is operated by Implicit Marketing INC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Account: the app creates an anonymous account automatically — no name, email, or password is required. An optional display name and profile photo can be added by you. Messages and photos: conversations with AI companions, including photos you send and receive, are stored on our servers so your chats work across sessions and so we can improve the app. Companion designs: descriptions, settings, and reference photos you upload when designing a companion. Purchases: your credit balance and purchase history (Apple processes all payments; we never see your payment details). Usage data: events such as screens viewed, messages sent, features used, device model, OS version, and app version.

How we use it

To run the app: deliver AI replies, store conversations, maintain your credit balance. To improve the app: aggregate usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase and our own analytics store). AI processing: message text and photos are processed by Google's Gemini models via Firebase to generate replies and images. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the United States) and protected with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your anonymous account.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept until you delete it. Deleting a chat permanently removes its messages and photos from our servers. "Delete my data" in the You tab permanently erases everything we hold about your account. Deleting the app alone may not delete server data — use "Delete my data" first.

Age requirement

Dalliance is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. The in-app deletion tools cover this; for anything else, contact us.
