These Terms of Use govern your use of Dalliance, operated by Implicit Marketing INC. By using the app you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the app you represent that you are 18 or older.

2. AI companions

All companions are artificial intelligence. They are not real people, and their messages and photos are AI-generated fiction. The app is for entertainment and companionship; it is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or mental-health) or for real-world relationships. Companion images are AI-generated and any resemblance to real persons is unintentional.

3. Credits & purchases

Credits are consumable in-app purchases spent on messages, photos, and other features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policies. Prices may change. Any subscription (Dalliance+) renews automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (e.g., photos, companion designs) and grant us a license to store and process it to operate the app. You must not upload: photos, names, voices, or other identifying traits of any real person without that person's explicit consent; any depiction of a minor; or unlawful content. Creating a companion that impersonates any real person without their consent is prohibited. When you upload a reference photo for a companion, you represent and warrant that the person depicted is a consenting adult who has authorized this use, or that the image is fully synthetic. We may remove content or companions that we reasonably believe violate these rules.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to generate or solicit illegal content, to harass, or to attempt to bypass safety systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, including forfeiting remaining credits where legally permitted.

6. Indemnification

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the companions you create. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Implicit Marketing INC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your content, your companions, or your use of the app in violation of these terms — including any claim that content you uploaded or a companion you created violates another person's rights of privacy, publicity, likeness, intellectual property, or other rights, or any applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. AI output may be inaccurate or unpredictable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We may modify or discontinue features, including the companion roster.
